1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qwoter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Qwoter is an AI-powered proposal generation platform designed for IT consultants and professional services firms. The Service allows users to create, manage, and share business proposals using AI assistance.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

Qwoter offers a free Starter plan and paid subscription plans (Pro, Business). Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Qwoter does not store your payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, or illegal
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account with others or resell access

6. Intellectual Property

Proposals and content you generate using the Service belong to you. Qwoter retains ownership of the platform, AI models, templates, and all associated technology. You grant Qwoter a limited licence to process your inputs solely to deliver the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Proposals generated by Qwoter are AI-assisted drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content before sending it to clients. Qwoter does not guarantee the accuracy, fitness, or legal compliance of any generated proposal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
